Please note: While I am a therapist, this course is for education and self-reflection.

It is not therapy, does not create a therapeutic relationship, and does not replace counseling.

Have you lost yourself?

Day after day, are you…

• Stuck in one-sided or unbalanced relationships

Putting others’ needs before your own, leaving you depressed & exhausted

Struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, or self-neglect

Carrying attachment wounds and long to feel secure in the world

Wondering how to move from codependency to self-connection

Curious to explore and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself

Fits Me

This course is a fit if you:

  • Feel disconnected from yourself and want gentle guidance back to yourself
  • Are early to mid-way in exploring codependency or anxious attachment
  • Prefer learning through reflection, practice, and lived experience rather than information alone
  • Want structure, safety, and practical tools you can integrate at your own pace

If this resonates...

Returning to You offers gentle guidance and practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself.

Doesn't Fit Me

This course is not a fit if you:

  • Are seeking an academic, research-heavy, or theory-driven deep dive
  • Are already well-versed in therapeutic models and looking for advanced or clinician-level instruction
  • Prefer to move beyond trauma exploration and are no longer interested in reflective or somatic work
  • Want minimal guidance or are not looking for structured, paced support

The Growth Ahead

Through learning, reflection, and practice, you can discover ways to:

• Reconnect with yourself: Reclaim a sense of self that was lost to people pleasing, taking responsibility for your own life.

• Understand your codependency patterns: Gain clarity on how past experiences and attachment wounds have shaped both your relationships and reactivity.

• Nurture self-compassion: Cultivate a kinder, more patient relationship with yourself, easing the grip of guilt, shame, and self-judgment, while noticing what feels calming and helpful to your system.

• Practice boundaries: Explore what it means to honor your needs while staying connected to others.

• Strengthen emotional resilience: Develop tools to manage anxiety, perfectionism, and overwhelm, creating a solid foundation for self-trust.

• Build authentic, interdependent relationships: Shift from one-sided, draining connections to more balanced, mutual relationships that honor both you and others.

The Journey that Awaits

How You'll Return to You

SURVIVAL RESPONSE: understanding your nervous system’s automatic patterns of stress and safety

NEUROSCIENCE: rewiring old pathways toward balance and resilience

BLACK & WHITE THINKING: moving beyond rigid, all-or-nothing patterns

BOUNDARIES: learning to say yes, no, and protect your energy

EMOTIONAL REGULATION: calming reactivity and practicing self-soothing

MINDFULNESS: slowing down, noticing the present, and meeting yourself with awareness

SELF-COMPASSION: loosening shame and perfectionism through kindness

What You’ll Find

The whole program — every module, lecture, exercise, reflection, and practice — is centered on exploring yourself and discovering what supports your growth. The exercises range from gentle to challenging, inviting you to stretch, reflect deeply, and step into new ways of being. Along the way, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of tools to try. You’ll naturally begin creating your own customized toolkit for the present. As time goes on and you notice a settling within, you may find yourself returning to reacquaint yourself with more tools, continuing to expand your toolkit.

Your Pace

You’re encouraged to move through the material at your own pace, whether that’s daily, weekly, or more slowly. The key is to set a doable intention, something realistic you can commit to and adjust as you need to.

When You're Ready

Returning to You is designed for individuals who are ready to move from codependent behaviors and anxious attachment patterns toward a deeper connection with themselves. Across these modules, you’ll explore, experiment, and discover many ways to reconnect with who you fully are.

A Little About Me

It’s my honor to guide you on your journey.

I bring over 30 years of experience as a trauma-informed therapist, specializing in codependency and adult children of alcoholics. My understanding is grounded in my own lived journey. It is my honor to walk beside you as you return to yourself — with awareness, self-compassion, and connection.

From Me to You

I intentionally and with much heart designed this course for the me I was many years ago. What would have helped me then is what I offer you: the understanding that you are not broken, the insights of trauma-informed care, and the tools of awareness and self-compassion that I spent years learning and practicing.

This course is visual and varied, introspective and encouraging, offering many approaches since no one path works for everyone. My hope is that it becomes a companion for you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and begin the lifelong practice of being on your own team.

~ May you return to the steadiness within ~
