Welcome to Goode Connection (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or accessing any of our online courses (“Course” or “School”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in the Course.

1. Educational Purpose Only

The content in this Course is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
It is not therapy, does not create a therapist-client relationship, and is not a substitute for mental health treatment or individualized professional care.

If you are in need of clinical services, please consult a licensed mental health professional in your area.

2. Your Enrollment & Access

When you enroll, you receive:

  • Personal, non-transferable access to the Course
  • Permission to view all included lessons, videos, worksheets, and downloadable materials
  • Access for as long as the Course is hosted on Teachable

You agree not to:

  • Share your login
  • Distribute, publish, or reproduce Course materials
  • Use the Course for commercial purposes or to teach your own program

All course content is the intellectual property of Goode Connection.

3. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that payment is required in full and refunds are not provided for any reason.

This applies to:

  • The full course
  • Tester access
  • Early-bird or discounted enrollment
  • Payment plans (if offered)

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in access being removed.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Course and its features in a respectful, lawful manner.
You may not:

  • Harass or harm others
  • Post inappropriate content
  • Attempt to breach or disrupt the platform
  • Misuse any communication tools (if enabled)

We reserve the right to revoke access for behavior that violates these terms.

5. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for having:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A compatible device
  • Updated browsers/software

We are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues on your device
  • Temporary outages on Teachable
  • Loss of access caused by failure to maintain your login credentials

6. Intellectual Property

All materials — including videos, worksheets, text, audio, graphics, and downloads — are owned by Goode Connection and protected by copyright law.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • Teach
  • Modify
  • Upload elsewhere

Any violation may result in removal from the Course.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course.
  • The Course is offered “as-is” without warranties or guarantees.
  • Results vary. Your experience depends on your own effort, insight, and personal circumstances.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

By enrolling, you also agree to the Privacy Policy linked in the School footer.

9. Changes to the Course or These Terms

We may update or revise any portion of the Course or these Terms at any time.
If significant changes occur, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
Continued access indicates acceptance of any modified terms.
